Mold Removal in Savoy, Illinois

“I called for the Pure Maintenance mold services because in one of my rental properties I had recently purchased, the previous owner had been a smoker for years, and I still had a difficult time getting rid of the residual smell. The team came through and was professional, knowledgeable, and explained their process very thoroughly. They used a dry fogging process in every room, with the fog going through my entire HVAC system, and they were in and out within just a few hours. I was extremely impressed, and I haven't had any issues with smell or mold growth since they came. I would highly recommend Pure Maintenance especially to rental property managers.”

“After a thorough assessment of our home, Pure Maintenance of Central Illinois treated our home and crawlspace efficiently and professionally. We foster dogs for a local rescue and had concerns about multiple pet odors as well as mold. The Pure Maintenance treatment eliminated all odors and mold with minimal preparation on our part. Our concerns about the product's safety for our family given our family members sensitivities to allergens and chemicals were eliminated after talking to the team and reading the extensive studies regarding product safety. We were amazed to come home and find no trace of the treatment on any surfaces, no cleanup to address, and a mold and odor- free home! Thanks so much for taking such great care of our home!”
