She sent text messages and emails to remind me of my appointment as well as how to prepare for their arrival. Ethan came for the initial consult and he was very helpful and informative. He educated me on how to prevent mold in my home. Additionally, I ended up purchasing a dehumidifier locally as suggested. Jurry and MaKale were the techs that came to my house for the treatment.
