“crew did a nice job of getting the job done and following up afterwards.”
From new subdivisions to older homes near the Sangamon River, our patented VaPURE™ vapor treats mold on surfaces and in the air throughout the house — verified by a third-party lab.
Mahomet has grown fast, and its mold problems split along the same line. The newer subdivisions get the new-construction pattern: tight envelopes, finished basements, and moisture with nowhere to go. The older homes near the river and around Lake of the Woods get the older pattern — crawl spaces and foundations that have been damp longer than anyone has owned the house.
VaPURE treatment handles both without tearing the house apart. The vapor reaches wall cavities, crawl spaces, and ductwork, treatment typically runs four to six hours, and post-treatment lab sampling confirms where the air stands before we call the job done.
We serve Mahomet and western Champaign County from our base in St. Joseph, about twenty-five minutes east on I-74.
Every service below is available throughout Champaign County, backed by third-party lab verification.

“Extremely professional with their on-time and expert service. Far exceeded expectations and highly recommended”
“Ron led his team very well, Jared and trainee Ethan. He kept me posted on what was happen at each stage. They were professional, on-time, friendly, and considerate. I had a question for Tapan. He was amiable and took care of the issue. I recently did business with a business and when I wanted an issue taken care of, they were ruse and defensive. Not Tapan or his colleagues. I appreciate this type of professionalism.”
“Pure Maintenance diagnosed and solved our mold problem quickly and effectively. The employees that we interacted with were polite and professional. We had them remove the mold stains after the mold was destroyed and I'm glad we did. Now I can forget it was ever there.”
“From the time I called to set up the job To the end, all involved gave great customers service. I was given good advice and asked questions that were answered completed. I highly recommend Pure Maintenance!”
